• October 2026: The new Volkswagen Crafter is open for pre-order in Saudi Arabia from SAR 147,231 excluding VAT. It comes as a Panel Van or Dropside Van in three lengths, with load lengths from 3,450 mm to 4,855 mm and seating for up to nine.
• September 28, 2026: Saudi-spec Crafter versions reportedly use a 2.0 TDI diesel rated from 140 hp to 174 hp, paired with a manual or 8-speed automatic and front- or rear-wheel drive. Official Saudi engine details have not been published yet.
